Terms of Service – Dent Dynamics / Moto Metal Tools (Operating under division of Auto Cosmetic Experts Inc.)

1. Introduction

By accessing or using the services of Dent Dynamics, a division of Auto Cosmetic Experts Inc., you agree to comply with these Terms of Service, as well as any additional policies posted or referenced here.

2. Services Provided

Dent Dynamics specializes in Paintless Dent Repair and related cosmetic automotive services. All services are performed with professional skill and due care. Service details, including any recommended repairs, will be communicated prior to commencement; clients may refuse suggested services at their discretion.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide complete and accurate vehicle and personal information necessary for service.

• Avoid misuse, fraud, or abuse of the website and services, nor engage in activity that may harm Dent Dynamics’ business or infrastructure.

• Adhere to all posted shop policies and local or state laws.

4. Communications and Consent

By using our services, you may opt-in to receive automated communications (e.g., service reminders or promotions). You may opt out at any time as directed.

5. Cost Estimates and Payment

• Written estimates will be provided based on diagnostic assessment; actual costs may change upon discovery of additional issues. No unauthorized work will proceed without client agreement.

• Payment is due upon completion. Accepted payment forms include cash, credit/debit cards, and any other methods posted in-shop. Unpaid invoices may result in a late fee or vehicle storage charges.

• All applicable sales tax and fees will be itemized and charged as required by law.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dent Dynamics disclaims all express or implied warranties, except as otherwise offered in writing for specific parts or labor. Routine maintenance and repair warranties, if any, will be provided in writing at the time of service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dent Dynamics and Auto Cosmetic Experts Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use, except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Third-Party Links/Services

Links to or integrations with third-party websites or services are provided for convenience. Dent Dynamics is not responsible for the content, actions, or privacy practices of external providers.

9. Termination of Service

Dent Dynamics reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at its discretion if a customer violates these terms or any posted policies.

10. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Santa Rosa, California, unless the parties agree otherwise. Claims must be brought within one year of the event in question, unless otherwise required by law.

11. Changes to Terms

Dent Dynamics may modify these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of all updates to these terms.

Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
