Just me, coffee in hand, trying my best to get your tool from my garage to your doorstep without losing my mind (or your package).

I aim to ship orders as quickly as humanly possible—think somewhere between “lightning fast” and “I had to hunt down the right size box.” Expect a little extra patience because, spoiler alert: I’m not only the shipping department; I’m also customer service, tech support, janitor, and occasionally the guy yelling at packing tape when it sticks to itself.

Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase; however, due to the nature of this product, returns are limited.

• Returns are only accepted if the product is unused or defective upon delivery.

• Returned items must be shipped back in original packaging and condition, with all components included.

• A return authorization (RMA) must be requested within 30 days of receipt. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds or replacements will only be issued after inspection and approval.
